Salary: £22000 to £30000
Recann is currently on the lookout for a talented 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join a leading cybersecurity organisation based in Manchester.
The ideal will have alteast 2 years experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support roles and excellent customer services skills and communication.
The Candidate will need experience in the majority of the following technologies: Exchange Server
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Citrix and
- Any Microsoft Certifications would be highly advantageous
- Resolving 1st & 2nd Line Incidents
- The point on contact for IT related service requests.
- Effectively escalate 3rd line issues.
- Timely progression of incidents and ensure SLA’s are met
- User account administration
- Installation & Configuration of IT related equipment
